Maggie Pleskac and Sean Carmichael, authors of Dueling Chefs: A Vegetarian and a Meat Lover Debate the Plate (University of Nebraska Press, 2007) will take part in a wine tasting and book signing at The Zoo Bar in Lincoln, Nebraska on Sunday, January 27th from 3:00-5:00pm.
