Derek Krissoff has been named the new Editor in Chief for the University of Nebraska Press, effective July 16.

He comes to UNL from the University of Georgia Press in Athens, Ga., where he has been a senior acquisitions editor since 2006. During his tenure in Georgia, Krissoff acquired books in history and geography.
