Quite a bit of UNP authors are lined up for events this week, from poets to prose writers, and chroniclers and biographers.
On Tuesday, October 9th, poet Kathleen Flenniken (Famous) will be at the Prairie Lights Bookstore in Iowa City, IA for a reading and book signings.
Bill Littlefield, radio show host and author of Only a Game, will also be doing readings and book signings this week. He’ll be at Concord Bookstore in Concord, MA this coming Sunday, October 7 and on October 9, he’ll be at Porter Square Books in Cambridge, MA.
In the Shadow of the Moon and Into That Silent Sea co-author Francis French (the other author is Colin Burgess) will be in Chicago at the Adler Planetarium this Friday, October 5th for Far Out Fridays. At 7:00PM, French will be giving a presentation and signing books. By the way, are you aware that it’s the 50th anniversary of Sputnik?
John Clayton, author of The Cowboy Girl, will be presenting, reading and signing books on October 9th Thursday, October 11 for the Northwest College Writers Series in Powell, NY. Powell, Wyoming! (Thanks to Mr. Clayton for the corrections. Please check out this site for more info).
Novelist Virginia Driving Hawk Sneve will be signing copies of Lana’s Lakota Moons at the Black HIills Pow Wow in Rapid City, SD on Friday, October 5th.
