In the Lambda Literary Awards, Sacrament of Bodies by Romeo Oriogun is a finalist for Gay Poetry, and Nepantla Squared by Linda Heidenreich is a finalist for Transgender Nonfiction.

In the Wester Writers of America 2021 Spur Awards, The Last Sovereigns by Robert M. Utley won for Best Historical Nonfiction. Follow the Angels, Follow the Doves by Sidney Thompson was a finalist for Historical Novel.

In the 2020 Foreword Indie Awards, The Great Kosher Meat War of 1902 by Scott D. Seligman is a finalist for History. Disparates by Patrick Madden is a finalist for Essays. How to Survive Death and Other Inconveniences by Sue William Silverman is a finalist for Autobiography & Memoir and Humor. And Bad Tourist by Suzanne Roberts is a finalist for Travel.

Suzanne Roberts received the Bronze Award in the Travel Book category for Bad Tourist from the North American Travel Journalists Association.

Mia Fischer won the 2020 National Diamond Anniversary for Terrorizing Gender.

Jacqueline Saper was a finalist for the 2021 Feathered Quill Book Awards in Memoir/Biography for From Miniskirt to Hijab.

Recovering Our Ancestors Gardens by Devon A. Mihesuah is on the 2021 Gourmand Awards shortlist in category D16 Indigenous Food.

The Great Kosher Meat War of 1902 by Scott D. Seligman was a finalist for the 2020 American Jewish Studies Celebrate 350 Award from the Jewish Book Council.

Scott D. Seligman is also a finalist for the 2020-2021 Reader Views Literary Awards for The Great Kosher Meat War of 1902 and Harvey Solomon is a finalist for Such Splendid Prisons.

Sidney Thompson is a finalist for the 2021 Oklahoma Book Award in Fiction for Follow the Angels, Follow the Doves.
