The Miami Book Fair is one of the nation’s finest literary festivals. Evening events began yesterday and will continue throughout this week. On Friday, the Street Fair gets under way. The highlight of the Street Fair is the Festival of Authors, with more than 450 authors reading and discussing their work, including many of UNP’s own authors.
Amy E. Wallen will be interviewed about When We Were Ghouls: A Memoir of Ghost Stories by high school students from Miami-Dade County Public Schools, along with a number of other authors, on November 16 at 10:00 a.m.
November 17 at 2:30 p.m. Potomac Books author Gregory J. Wallance is participating in a panel on women spies during war time called “Beyond Rosie the Riveter” and will include his book The Woman Who Fought an Empire: Sarah Aaronsohn and her NILI Spy Ring.
All books will be available for purchase thanks to Books & Books. Be sure to explore the fair and celebrate these great authors and other incredible new books!
