Since 1941, UNP has been a distinctive nonprofit publisher committed to the University of Nebraska’s mission of teaching, research, and service. We publish books and journals that carry important ideas from Nebraska to readers across the country and around the world. We also help prepare the next generation of publishing professionals with meaningful hands-on experience in the work of a university press.

As UNP celebrates 85 years of publishing, we invite supporters to consider a gift of $85 in honor of 85 years—or a gift of any amount that is meaningful to you. Your support helps fund student experiential learning at the press: applied opportunities that connect coursework with real publishing work to build transferable skills that students can carry into future careers in publishing, communications, humanities, nonprofit work, and beyond.
